  “You go to a groomer for years and they make a mistake (they are human, right?) and you decide not only to stop going (that is your right, of course) but also to give them a bad review?
  
  I would expect an apology, yes. But they did do a lot of work. I wouldn't necessarily expect a discount.”

  “I have taken our dog there for many years. Last visit, they made a major mistake in his grooming... and gave a very lame excuse for it. No discount, no real apology. I can't believe it as we were very good customers. Won't be going there again. VERY disappointed.”
